All team members with at least 30 days of service are eligible to participate in our premium health insurance plans, and we offer a 175% match on all pre-tax contributions to a Health Savings Account.
Profit Sharing
To reward our hard-working team members, AAON maintains a discretionary profit-sharing bonus plan. This plan rewards eligible team members on a quarterly basis.
Premium 401(k)
We match 175% of the first 6% of compensation from your total contribution to your 401(k), whether those contributions are pre-tax, Roth, or a combination of both.
Paid Time Off
All team members receive paid holidays and paid time off annually. PTO is based on years of service.
Tuition Assistance
All full-time team members are eligible for educational assistance upon completion of six months of continuous employment prior to enrollment.
